Construction-phase duties are administered under FIDIC forms of contract — the Red Book for traditionally procured works and the Yellow Book for design-and-build arrangements — so that district infrastructure design proceeds with procurement, supervision and payment mechanisms already defined. Where schemes are financed by development partners, our environmental and social procedures follow the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework, covering resettlement planning, stakeholder engagement and contractor safeguard compliance. Engineering deliverables are produced under the direction of COREN-registered engineers, supported by an ISO 9001 quality management system that has commenced implementation; we are transparent that certification is not yet achieved, and our documented procedures are open to client audit. Structural and drainage designs reference Eurocode and British Standards where appropriate, harmonised with federal and FCT development regulations.
