Omogho Farm project

Prime Commercial Farms, driven by the vision of establishing a modern commercial farm, engaged PSE Consultants to conduct a comprehensive study and design of the farm. Our mission was to explore efficient farming solutions, develop sustainable systems, and pave the way for efficient agricultural practices for the company.

Challenge:

The challenge was transitioning from traditional to modern commercial farming in a large scale within an environment accustomed to local tools and methods.

Site Assessment and Clearing, Soil Preparation and Testing, Infrastructure Development, Land Preparation, Pest and Disease Management, Community Engagement

Impact:

Increased Yield and profits ( the yield for rice went from less than 1 to 4 tones / ha), Improved Working Conditions for Laborers, Engaged the local community through support programs fostering trust and collaboration.
